A premier master planned community in the Antelope Valley, Ritter Ranch is located in the Leona Valley and foothill areas of the Sierra Pelona Range above West Palmdale.

The project is designed as a self-contained community encompassing approximately 10,625 acres incorporating 7,200 residential units, over 7,500 acres of natural open space as well as 95 acres of improved parks, a golf course, schools and commercial land uses. The project included preparing a Water System Master Plan for the subject development and the surrounding neighboring developments such as City Ranch and Joshua Ranch.  Cannon engineered the development of over 20 potable water reservoirs, 9 pump stations, pressure-reducing stations, supplement wells and miles of water transmission mains.
